Sales & Licensing
Images can be purchased for private use either as a high resolution .jpeg file, RAW file, or as a A4 or A3 size mounted or un mounted print. Please e-mail me for the latest price schedule. Any image purchased that does not meet with your satisfaction can be returned for a FULL refund minus postage/freight charges.
Images can be licensed for publication, including advertising and editorial brochures, magazines, posters and reports. Licence fees depend on the intended use and are tailored to suit the required terms of use. So that I can provide an accurate quote, please supply at least the following information:
- Image identifying number (file name number located in EXIF box beneath image)
- End users name and industry
- Type of publication (e.g. editorial or advertisement, magazine, web, annual report)
- Image size and placement in publication (e.g. full size page image, quarter size page image, small image page 4, etc)
- Print run (rough number, one run or several runs)
- Duration of use
- Distribution (regional, national or international)
Rights Managed and Non-exclusive rights are offered.
Rights Managed - Under Rights Managed terms, you are paying a licensing fee for the rights to use an image for a specific agreed upon project or usage. The paid license fee grants the use of the image or images for the agreed upon usage only. Pricing is negotiated based on the intended use, circulation and/or quantity of the final product to be produced and the length of time the image will be used. If you represent a company with a published price list or have a fixed budget for your project, we will try to work within your price range. We do however have a minimum fee per project policy.
Non-Exclusive - You will be purchasing the licensing rights to use an image or images for a specific agreed upon project or usage only. All other copyright and ownership rights are retained by Anaspides Photography. Unless negotiated otherwise and a written commitment is made, Anaspides Photography will continue to market and license to others all images that are licensed under our standard non-exclusive use terms. Any Additional Usage or Reproduction: Any use beyond that of the originally agreed upon project or usage, requires the prior written authorization of Anaspides Photography. Digital and/or electronic reproduction of any kind, including use on Web Sites constitutes a unique use and is subject to licensing fees in the same manner as all other printed media or other reproduction.

Downloading Images
You may download images from this site to your own computer for your own reference, but remember copyright applies and you must get permission before using them in any other way. For example, you need to make contact with me and seek permission before reproducing these images by printing, e-mail or web, or using these images for any kind of commercial gain, making hard copies, or showing and distributing to others
Please do not remove images from this site without permission. Any infractions in relation to copyright will be followed through to the full extent of International Copyright Law using the services of a local law firm specialising in copyright infringement - there are no exceptions.

Payment
Several methods can be used for payment; direct debit to an Australian bank account, PayPal (credit card), money order, bank cheque, or if previously arrnaged private cheque. Please use the contact form if you have questions, or to contact me to arrange payment/delivery.
Assignment Availability
